Does the eSIM work in every country?

What happens if I change my phone?
Your Roamance eSIM and its installation QR code cannot be automatically transferred to a new device. Do not delete your eSIM from your old phone until you have checked the procedure for your new device. If you are changing your phone and the service is unavailable, please contact Roamance support before deleting the eSIM.
Is it complicated to install?
Not at all. Everything happens directly on your phone. After your purchase, you receive a QR code that you can scan or install manually in just a few steps. Activation then happens automatically in your device settings. And if you need help, our support team is there to guide you.
Can I delete and then reinstall my Roamance eSIM?
It is not possible to delete your eSIM; any deletion is permanent. Your Roamance eSIM can only be installed once. If you delete the eSIM from your phone, you will not be able to reinstall it, and the QR code you received at the time of purchase cannot be used a second time. If you encounter a problem with your eSIM, please contact support. If your eSIM has been deleted, support will unfortunately be unable to assist you. If you simply wish to stop using your eSIM temporarily, we recommend that you deactivate the number associated with your eSIM in your phone’s settings rather than deleting it. This will allow you to reactivate it when you need it. Important: never delete your Roamance eSIM whilst it is still within the validity period selected at the time of purchase.
